We want your order from The Spoilt Dog Co. to reach you as quickly and safely as possible.
Order processing
Orders are processed once payment has been successfully received. Some products may require additional processing time, particularly personalised or made-to-order items.
Delivery
Delivery options, charges and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout where available.
We work with selected suppliers and fulfilment partners, so products may be dispatched from different locations. If you order more than one product, your items may therefore arrive in separate parcels and at different times.
Delivery times provided are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly state otherwise.
Shipping charges
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery address
Please check your delivery address carefully when placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at bsand37@me.com.
We will do our best to make changes before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered the fulfilment process.
Delayed, lost or damaged deliveries
If your order is significantly delayed, appears to be lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at bsand37@me.com and we will investigate.
Goods remain at our risk until they are delivered to you, or to another person identified by you to receive them, except where you independently arrange a carrier that we have not offered.
Separate deliveries
Because some products are supplied by different fulfilment partners, receiving one part of your order does not necessarily mean that the remaining items are missing. You may receive separate dispatch or tracking information for different products.
